Also key to a healthy lifestyle is keeping active. You don’t have to be super fit - just take small amounts of regular exercise to benefit enormously. And, you may be surprised to learn that even some vigorous vacuuming or playing tag in the park with the kids counts as exercise!

Exercise will help you to maintain a healthy body weight and keep fat levels down.
